The Whitney Lofts
The Whitney Lofts included the historic renovations of two formerly blighted buildings in Downtown Syracuse into 16 market rate apartments and a new restaurant, Oh My Darling. The $5.5m project was completed in April, 2019.
Acropolis Center
Purchased in 2020, this ~70,000 SF commercial office building has been repositioned from a C level building to a B+ building including new lobbies, exterior canopies and awnings and significant investments in our Tenant’s spaces.
Oh My Darling
Having restored two historic buildings into 16 apartments (The Whitney Lofts), Redev added Oh My Darling, a 220 person full-service restaurant across the street from the Landmark Theatre ultimately positively changing the landscape of Salina Street and making a once dilapidated block brimming with life.
Roc Club Condominiums
This $7mm adaptive-reuse project in the City of Rochester will transform the former Rochester Club into 33 mixed-income condominium units. This complete gut renovation will feature a new roof, windows, comprehensive MEPFP upgrades, green energy improvements, an elevator modernization, and premium interior finishes.
The Lofts At 1117
Serving as Construction Manager and Advisor, we are overseeing the $11M conversion of two historic factory buildings into 38 modern condo units, guiding the project from planning through successful delivery.
The Moyer Carriage Lofts
Completed in 2024, The Moyer Carriage Lofts created 128 new mixed-income apartments on the North side of Syracuse. The $63m project, in partnership with Housing Visions, included the acquisition of eight buildings, the removal and remediation of contaminated soils, the selective demolition of four buildings and preservation of four other historic buildings.
St. Matthew’s Condos
Delivered as Construction Manager at Risk, this $5M adaptive-reuse project in the Village of East Syracuse transformed a former 1950s elementary school into 21 mixed-income condominium units. The renovation featured a new TPO roof, operable windows, comprehensive MEPFP upgrades, green energy improvements, and premium interior finishes.
