Delivered as Construction Manager at Risk, this $5M adaptive-
reuse project in the Village of East Syracuse transformed a
former 1950s elementary school into 21 mixed-income
condominium units. The renovation featured a new TPO roof,
operable windows, comprehensive MEPFP upgrades, green
energy improvements, and premium interior finishes.
