Who Is Eligible to Purchase?

  • Household income must be less than 100% of the Area Median Income for Onondaga County and have a net worth of less than $100,000, excluding retirement accounts (401-K’s, 403-B’s, etc…) and excluding educational savings accounts (such as a 529 savings account).

*All Condo Owners will also be responsible for their pro-rata share of HOA fees as defined in the condominium offering memorandum. Income guidelines & permitted household size are subject to change.
