Affordable homeownership is the foundation for stronger communities and lasting opportunity. The St. Matthew’s Condos are reserved for buyers who meet specific income requirements designed to open the door to ownership for more families.

Who Is Eligible to Purchase?

  • Income must fall between 80%-100% of the Area Median Income for Onondaga County

  • Interested individuals must complete a Homebuyer Counseling Class through Home HeadQuarters

  • Mortgage pre-approval required (we can help refer you to lenders familiar with affordable homeownership programs)

*All Condo Owners will also be responsible for their pro-rata share of HOA fees as defined in the condominium offering memorandum. Income guidelines & permitted household size are subject to change.

All condos will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis, subject to successful verification of all purchasing requirements.
